Vendor: [drift.com (302-redirects to salesloft.com/platform/drift)](https://drift.com (302-redirects to salesloft.com/platform/drift)) · entry id 14-drift · source 14-inbound-plg-chat.md line 27

**What it does**
Conversational-marketing/chat platform (real-time website visitor engagement, lead qualification, meeting booking) that pioneered the "buyer-intent chatbot" category before being acquired.

**AI features, separated from automation with an AI label on it**
Historical Drift AI included conversational bots and intent scoring. Under Salesloft, the live product page states Salesloft has "transitioned from Drift to 1mind" for the underlying conversational-AI engine, with 1mind now feeding buyer signals into Salesloft's Predictive Revenue System - meaning the AI substance today reportedly comes from a different vendor (1mind), not Drift's original technology. Not independently verified beyond that one vendor page.

**RevOps role**
Legacy inbound-chat brand, now folded into Salesloft's revenue-orchestration platform rather than sold as a standalone product.

**MCP server**

- **Status bucket**: No MCP found

- **Auth**: n/a

- **Parsed URLs**: 0 found in the mcp_url field

No server was found at the time of the check. That is a statement about the search, not a promise that none exists. The status was established on 2026-08-24 and has not been re-fetched since.

mcp_status, verbatim from the file:

none-found

mcp_url, verbatim from the file:

none

**Access gate**

- **Gate bucket**: Gate unknown

- **Can a solo operator reach it**: Not established

api_gate, verbatim from the file:

unknown. No self-serve pricing or API docs were found; the current page routes only to "Talk to Sales" / "Tour Our Platform."

83 of 293 entries carry an unknown gate. Unknown is a legal answer and it ships as unknown rather than as a guess.

**API documentation**

No documentation URL recorded.

263 of 293 entries are in the same position. Blank is legal and it is published as blank.

**GitHub health**

Not measured. github_url, github_stars, github_last_commit and github_archived are null on every entry in this build.

The refresh rail specced in SPEC section 7.2 has not been run. An unstamped star count is a lie, so nothing is shown rather than something stale.

**Jobs it can do**

No job tag on this entry.

Reason recorded by the tagging pass: dead. Folded into Salesloft, and the entry states the conversational-AI engine is now a third party (1mind). Tagging answer-inbound-chat would point an agent at a product that no longer exists standalone.

22 of 293 entries are untagged. An empty list here means nobody has tagged this, not that the tool does nothing. The vocabulary is closed, so a tool whose job is genuinely not in it stays blank rather than being forced into the nearest tag.

**Notes, verbatim from the file**
STATUS FLAG. Drift was acquired by Salesloft; as of this research pass, drift.com 302-redirects straight to salesloft.com/platform/drift, and that page itself states the conversational-AI engine has moved from Drift to a third party ("1mind") - i.e., the original Drift product appears to be sunset in favor of a partner integration, not merely rebranded. Worth re-verifying before citing Drift as a live, buyable product in its own right.
