The short answer
158 of the 293 entries here are free to start or paid self serve, so one person can get API access without a contract. 117 of those also have an MCP server, which comes to 113 unique products and is the list that matters if you are building an agent alone rather than inside a company with a procurement department.
Two columns have to be true at once. The tool has to be callable, and you have to be able to get
in. This directory publishes both separately on purpose, because plenty of tools pass one test and
fail the other.
