STATUS FLAG - CONFIRMED ACQUIRED, integration outcome not independently confirmed beyond the announcement. Zendesk's own newsroom lists a March 13, 2024 press release titled "Zendesk to Acquire Ultimate." The historical getultimate.ai domain no longer resolves (DNS lookup failure) as of this research pass, consistent with the product being folded into Zendesk rather than sold separately, but the exact current state of the technology inside Zendesk's product line was not independently confirmed beyond the acquisition announcement itself.
